Text4Giving Standard

Text4Giving Standard service allows you to give your donors the ability to donate via text messaging in small $5 or $10 increments that are added to their cell phone bills and then forwarded on to your non-profit organization. 

HOW IT WORKS

1)  You sign up your non-profit with Greater Calling and submit an application to the Mobile Giving Foundation and then you receive your unique keyword.

2)  You publish the keyword and short code on your website, newsletters, advertisements, banners, and announce it at live gatherings.

3) Your donors text in the keyword to the short code, the cell-phone carriers add the donation to their cell phone bill, collect the funds and forward the funds to the Mobile Giving Foundation and then your non-profit receives the donated funds.

WHAT YOU GET

Greater Calling provides you with one keyword, web-based real-time reports so you can monitor your campaigns, marketing templates and a low cost option to allow you to try TextGiving without any long-term commitments. 

WHAT IT COSTS

The Standard Service costs only $149 a month, with a two month minimum.   You can select either a $5 donation option or a $10 donation option.  You will be charged a .50 per donation transaction fee for each successful donation for $5 and .75 for $10.   The Standard Service allows you to solicit one-time donations that are charged directly to the donor's cell phone number.  The Mobile Giving Foundation must approve all applications for text giving service and there is an application fee charged by MGF for each organization.  Click here to see the requirements for participating in a text giving campaign and the associated fees.  Greater Calling requires a one-time setup fee of $99 to provision your online reporting service.
