WHAT IT IS

Text4Giving Premium Service allows you to not only solicit small dollar donations, but also to start a two-way communication via text messages with your donors or members and also to solicit larger dollar donations through text pledges. 

HOW IT WORKS

1)  You sign up your non-profit with Greater Calling for our premium service and receive one keyword that will allow you to solicit $5 or $10 donations, PLUS text blast messaging capabilities for up to 250 messages PLUS the ability to hold an event and allow donors to pledge large dollar donations via their cell phones, which are then collected by a call center.

2)  Once you have captured a mobile number, you can send messages to announce an event, send donors to your website or even make a donation request.

3) You can monitor your campaigns, set-up groups, send mass text blasts, create web widgets and more online through our web-based  tools.

WHAT YOU GET

Greater Calling provides you with one keyword through the Mobile Giving Foundation for use in running a $5 or $10 text giving campaign with donations charged to cell phone bills, a web widget, one keyword to be used for a Text Pledging event, and  messaging for up to 250 messages. You will have access to a complete online text giving and text messaging reporting tool and can create an unlimited number of groups to receive text alerts.

WHAT IT COSTS

Text4Giving Premium Service is $199 per month, with a six month minimum.   You can select either a $5 donation option or a $10 donation option.  You will be charged a .50 per donation transaction fee for each successful donation for $5 and .75 for $10.   The Mobile Giving Foundation must approve all applications for text giving service and there is an application fee charged by MGF for each organization.  Click here to see the requirements for participating in a text giving campaign and the associated fees.  Greater Calling requires a one-time setup fee of $99 to provision your online tools.
