You can get an advanced service that will allow you to RECORD your calls, INVITE up to 1,000 participants and DOWNLOAD an Mp3 of your call.  This service is FREE of charge, but we have a limited number of accounts, so you must sign-up by calling usl us at 1-800-303-3781 or via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it in order to be assigned a dial-in number and access code with these extra features.

Instructions for Event Conferencing Users:

If you have enabled the recording feature, you will need to have the Subscriber PIN handy when you record the call.  Press *9 to start the recording feature and you will be prompted to enter the subscriber pin.  Press *9 again or simply hang-up to end the recording.  Access your recording by logging in to your account and then you can playback the recording or you can download the file.
